Event Details
Please follow these instructions if this registration is for a volunteer between the ages of 12 and 17.
The registration should be completed by the volunteer's parent or legal guardian
All of the fields, with the exception of the Volunteer Name and Age, should contain the Parent or Legal Guardian's information.
The email used to register should be the Parent or Legal Guardian's email and should be the same email used for the Waiver.
Important Reminder
Two items are required to volunteer at this event:
This completed registration
The new Waiver and Release of Liability
Please do not show up at the event without a paper or digital copy of both these items.
Waivers prior to 2019 are no longer valid.
The new Waiver is valid for this and all future SFA events.
The email used for the waiver should be the same email address used for this registration.
Only one waiver is required per family or adult.
If you submitted the new waiver during the 2019 season you do not need to complete another waiver but you do need to bring a paper or electronic copy of the waiver to the event.
One waiver covers adults and their dependents.
Participation in any SFA Event is prohibited without a Waiver
Help us keep the check-in line moving by having a paper or digital copy of this registration and waiver out when checking in.
