Mun, Cal, and Alea are three women prisoners. We do not know their crimes or their sentences. We hear their confessions, their stories, their songs, and their prayers. One of them, the lucky one, will get to wear the impossible dress.

The play takes place entirely inside Art Hall, which is a mercifully air-conditioned performance space at the Koreshan State Park. While this play explores the relationship between a community and three transgressive women, the play is not about the Koreshan Unity Community. It could take place anytime, anywhere, even in the present, in our own back yard.
This play is supported, in part, by grants from the Florida State Division of Cultural Affairs, the City of Fort Myers, and the Lee County Tourist Development Council.
