Our founder, former Boston Red Sox left fielder Mike Greenwell, grew up in Lee County and realized there weren't many places in the area for families to feel safe and have fun at the same time. Four years before Mike left the dugout for the last time, he opened the family fun park as a way to give back to his hometown.
