Helga Wetzold has been a Realtor and Broker Associate for over 30 years and has been a Top Producer with many awards in the Real Estate profession. She is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and also received the Transnational Referral Certificate from the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA). Helga always loved the art of negotiation and has her CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation which is held by less than 1% of Realtors in the country. Helga began her real estate career in Westchester County, NY where she was consistently ranked as one of the top Realtors in the community and had several high profile clients. After visiting the Marco Island and Naples area, Helga fell in love with Southwest Florida and decided to make Marco Island her home. She and her husband had been sailors in the Northeast for many years and decided it would be wonderful to have the great weather year-round. Having been a Broker Associate for most of her Real Estate career, Helga got her Florida Broker’s License and achieved the status of #1 agent in her office in 2007 and 2008.
