Description

Our Pelican Watch gulf front vacation rentals are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The condos are within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and a grocery store, which is located directly across the street. The Fishing Pier, entertainment and downtown business district is less than a mile away. Our condos have been newly remodeled, with either new floors, cabinets, countertops or furniture. Each condo has a flat screen television, and wireless internet access. The private balcony/lanai area has an outdoor table, four chairs, and recliner. The living rooms face the gulf and have a flat screen television and DVD player with several DVDs available. Each unit has a dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals. Each kitchen also has a breakfast bar with stools which allows for addition eating area. The master bedrooms face the gulf and have large sliding glass door out to the balcony/lanai, a king sized bed, attached bathroom, cable, and a television. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet/drawer space. Three units have a den furnished with either a day bed or two twin sized beds with ample drawer space. The second bathroom contains both a shower and full size bathtub. Linens, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided. Each unit has a utility room with washer and dryer. Additionally, we have one reserved parking space for each unit.
