My Dinner Factory

Description

Growing up Italian and with my Dad always traveling, my Mom had to be very creative in ways she cooked. She wanted to make sure her busy active kids always sat down and had a good meal for dinner so she started to purchase large quantities of meats and vegetables, got a large freezer for the basement and organized meal making parties in her kitchen. Walking home from school we could smell the aroma of freshly made bread & sauce coming from the windows. She often had tables set up in all the rooms with neighbors rolling out dough to make raviolis. They would then package it up and freeze so that we always had a warm hearty meal to come home to. We've tried to carry that tradition on in hopes that you will sit down & enjoy a homemade meal with your family & friends!!
