Our Chef Monika Bokelmann
attended Culinary School at the prestigious Steigenberger Institute in Germany. After gathering over 25 years of cooking experience in different cultures,collecting traditional family recipes and modern cooking methods, Monika and her brother Klaus who also attended the same school, have come together once again to open this small restaurant, *THE BLACK FOREST*
Their previous restaurant in Naples "The Heidelberg" was well known for the quality and the service they offered and won numerous awards.
Our goal once again is to offer good food, good ingredients and good service in a comfortable atmosphere; the basics of a good restaurant.
