Philip Norris Collins, Broker Associate with William Raevis Real Estate has been representing both buyers and sellers in the exclusive luxury properties in affluent Naples areas. His over thirty years of real estate experience is combined in both the Naples and Chicago markets.Phil and his family have been most instrumental in helping create what Naples is today through their philanthropic endeavors. The Norris/Gaynor/Collins family has supported local marine research, assisted in founding the Naples Conservancy, purchased the gulf-front property for Delnor Wiggins Pass recreation area (named after both his grandmother and grandfather) as well as other notables. Phil has carried on the Norris tradition by giving generously to charitable organizations such as the not-for-profit Youth Haven in which he served on the board; the Galisano Children’s Museum of Naples and the YMCA. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Conservancy of Southwest Florida.
