Sterling spent years in Austria and wanted to share this special menu with SW Florida, it's delicious!
*Christmas in Austria Wiener Schnitzel
Mushroom Gravy
*Roasted, Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
*Gratz Apple Crisp
Our expert instructor will guide you through the proper use and care of your knives as well as the preparation, cooking, and presentation of these delicious meals.
Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day.
Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients, and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open at 6:00pm, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring, as well as a selection of hors d oeuvres and freshly infused water.
