Casa Playa Resort

Casa Playa is a very unique 35 unit resort condominium located right on the beach at the exclusive north end of Estero Island. It is only a short walk, about 10 minutes in either direction to Bowditch City Park at the north tip or Times Square to the south. Casa Playa underwent a major remodeling between 2005 and 2006 with extensive work done to the building. In addition, nearly all of the units have been upgraded and tastefully remodeled. You will notice Casa Playa by its distinctive exterior graphic painting and we know you will be very comfortable at Casa Playa.


As one of the only "pet-friendly” resort on Fort Myers Beach we welcome you and your family pets. Within the rules and restrictions, well behaved family dogs and cats are welcome.


All suites at Casa Playa are privately owned and individually decorated. We have an office on the property and reservations are received and managed by the on-site staff of 72 Residential LLC. The friendly on-site and resident staff will welcome you and be available to assist you during your stay. You will love it here! Not only will you not want to leave, but you will want to return as soon as possible.
