Tiny Surf House

I have been a general contractor for over 25 years and have spent much time vacationing in, living in and embracing the Florida lifestyle, especially the Southwest Florida area. The concept of the "Tiny House" is an innovative take on traditional housing that particularly suits the lifestyle and geography of the region. The Tiny House is not only a superb use of space; it can multitask as either a vacation getaway home or a permanent residence.

The project I am currently undertaking is that of the "Tiny Surf House," which will function as a year-round residence. The first floor of the house features a waterfront storage space for board sports equipment, with the second floor dedicated to living space. A large roof deck allows for complete enjoyment of the beautiful Bonita Springs weather.

The Tiny House is a perfect way to make the most of a small lot without having to trim back on any necessities.
