Magic happens when women drum together. It is ancestral and known within our bones. It brings us together and allows us to drop into the collective consciousness and to be our authentic selves. If you want to connect with your own heartbeat and feel connected to a group of supportive women, this event is for you! More than a class, this is a drumming experience where we will focus on coming into rhythms together and creating community.
We will:
Learn some simple rhythms
Have fun and relax
Release stress and emotions
Experience uplifting, meditative rhythms
The event is facilitated by Geva Salerno, Co-Owner of Creative Connection, a creative arts wellness company.
Find your voice, find your rhythm, and leave feeling lighter and empowered. All women are welcome. No experience necessary. Drums provided. Feel free to bring a drum or borrow ours. $10 advance online payment. $15 after 3/25.
