From concerts to art exhibitions, galas to lectures, and providing educational arts experiences for children and adults alike– we promise excellence!"

This will be the 13th year for the Festival of Trees event and one thing's for sure, the trees get more beautiful each and every year. The trees are decorated by local businesses to raise money for Goodwill of Southwest Florida and the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center (SBDAC). You can catch the Festival of Trees from December 6th through the 8th. Entry into the event is $2 per person and this $2 acts as your donation! Children aged 12 and younger are free. You can check out the Festival of Trees on Friday and Saturday from 11AM-11PM and on Sunday from 11AM-6PM. Visitors can also buy raffle ticket for $10 or 3 tickets for $25. You'll also be able to vote for your favorite tree!

Each day, an individual event will also be taking place at the Festival of Trees. On Friday, December 6th there will be a Holiday Stroll. "At 6:30 join the Mayor and Santa as they lead the stroll down First Street in a horse-drawn carriage, then stops at the Art Center to light the giant wreath and pick the winner of the Mayor’s Choice tree at the Festival. The free concert will be performed from 7PM–10PM."

On Saturday, December 7th, check out Santa's Block Party from 11AM-3PM. "The Children’s Workshop is an opportunity for kids to create holiday art, color Christmas and holiday cards, decorate cookies from Publix and build a wooden craft with The Home Depot. Kids can also write letters to Santa and our military service members, play games, and bounce in a bounce house/slide with Bounce4Less." Admission to the workshop will cost $6 per child.

As if all of this wasn't cool and Christmasy enough, there will also be synthetic ice skating. Ice skating will be $8 per person and $5 for children aged 3-11 years old. You can ice skate the same hours as the Festival

of Trees but you'll have to stop 30 minutes before closing times every day. Only 30 people will be allowed on the ice at once so be sure to get to the event early!
